Shipping Policy

Shipping is the sole responsibility of the selling Vendor. VIRTUAL does not offer ANY logistics support to either the Vendor or the Customer. Please refer to our site Terms & Conditions should you require further information.

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be requested within the first 5 days after purchase and must be made in writing (email), providing the Vendor's Terms & Conditions have been adhered to. Initial requests must be made directly to the Vendor. VIRTUAL will only mediate should the Customer & Vendor not reach a mutually acceptable agreement within 7 days of the initial purchase.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Our package prices are discounted for small businesses only to ensure that we give support to their growth.  For any queries email: [email protected]

  1. Payment is required 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery of 1st draft (Quote valid for 7 days)
  2. All package prices exclude VAT.
  3. In the event that the client does not give notice of cancellation for photo & video shoot events within 24 hours before the booking, the deposit shall be forfeited.
  4. If a photo or video booking is made and no deposit was given prior, and the client fails to give notice of cancellation within 24hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking shall be charged.
  5. It is the client’s responsibility for photo & video shoot to be punctual. We will not be liable for time lost due to client’s negligence; full amount for the time booked will still be charged. Any additional time will be seen as another booking and shall be charged accordingly.
  6. Additional photo and video shoots/extensions above the specified quote will be charged separately.
  7. Detailed products are provided for each package and outlined in the PDF document on our website.
  8. 2 free changes are allowed on design and social media content plan and thereafter our hourly charge will apply.
  9. Social Media posting plans will be signed off monthly. Changes point 7 will apply.
  10. Information requirement on Customer Questionnaire to be supplied. Delay caused by insufficient information to proceed with deliverables point 7 will apply.
  11. Critical communication for changes to be done in writing.
